  I am so pleased with my new carpet. The lady in the shop was really helpful and honest in her suggestions in assisting our choice. The estimator managed to find a way to get the stairs out of the waste, so unlike last time with a large carpet warehouse, it meant that we didn't pay for a load of carpet we didn't need. The fitting team were fantastic, so quick, tidy and helpful. The fitting cost is literally a fraction of what we paid last time and for a small fee they took up all our old carpet and underlay and took it away which saved us a lot of effort and car runs to the tip. They also arranged a carpenter to come next day to trim our doors. The result, a georgeous carpet that feels like walking on a cloud for over £1000 less than we paid the warehouse place over 7 years ago. I can't recommend them highly enough, the carpet prices per square metre are equivalent to the big flashy carpet warehouse, but station road carpets don't then bump up the price with essentials like underlay or fitting, so overall you get really good value and a really professional team.   All staff very friendly, fitter was punctual and thorough had my hall and stairs carpeted and extremely happy with service and carpet. Will definately recommend and use again

  Booked fitting of self-supplied vinyl and agreed fitting cost. Paid £220 for vinyl to be delivered. Shortly after receive a call to say they're not prepared to fit it after all. Now how to find someone else. Wouldn't use them or consider them again in the future as in my case they completely let me down at the last minute after spending all that money.
