  I love this Iceland store in Burgess hill. The staff really go the extra mile, so friendly and helpful. The manager, Gary and his team, Sam and all the other lovely hard workers there are so excellent at the work they do, always very busy and they keep this store very clean. I don't like shopping but I do enjoy going into Iceland , Burgess hill as the staff are so welcoming with customers. Well done Iceland, I hope that Iceland look after you all and appreciate how well you all run this store. I hope whoever pays the wages read this and gives you all a bonus. From Pauline, Hassocks .

  If you try to buy alcohol without ID not a problem, try to buy an energy drink on the other hand, easier to pull your own teeth out, the same staff that served me then refused and became unbelievably rude, I’m not saying don’t ID anyone but when people mistake you for 30 do staff really have to be like that for something that has an age restriction of 16, and it not only with me, I’ve seen her do that to people almost every time I’ve been in there!
